I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EYP (Washington, DC) in Apr 2019
Interview
I met with a Project Architect, Operations Director, and a Senior Design Principal. It was the usual interview where they ran through my portfolio and asked about what I was looking for. Very cordial and friendly. Afterwards I got a tour of the office.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EYP (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
This was a zoom call due to the current time in 2021. Interview took about an hour. I felt like it went really well, at first that is. There were 5 people interviewing me which included a senior architect and principal. I was very thorough yet concise. I showed my work, accolades, and even expressed my workflow and cooperation with colleagues during COVID-19. I asked them several questions regarding equity, pro-bono, and moving up at the firm. Never received direct answers. They seemed cool and considerate as if they were interested but that did not reflect later. No one from the firm responded to me after several follow up emails which, to me is unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at EYP (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
It was ok, it lasted about an hour and the questions were not specific. It would be very easy for the people who are good at communications. It was my first interview ever so I was a little nervous, but the interviewers were very friendly.
