EarnUp interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn and had a wonderful call with him, after which an initial call was scheduled. That call went really well. I had reservations going in because of some bad reviews on here but was willing to hear them out and give them a shot. They seemed sane and their process was not bloated or tedious. The only difficulty was that first interviewer was in Australia, so there seemed to be like a 2 second delay in our video call which was a bit awkward to not talk over each other. Then there were 3 more sessions with two other members of the team and then the same Australian guy again. I thought it went really well and was given good feedback. After the final session, the recruiter was given a verbal confirmation that they would be extending an offer. It was late in the day, so probably the next day. Then that next day (a Thursday) they said "by the end of today or tomorrow". No one said a word, so I had to sweat it out all weekend. Finally, on Monday afternoon, they deigned to say they aren't going to make an offer. It was only after coming here to leave this that I saw other interview reviews documenting a nearly identical experience with this unprofessional stringing along and then going back on their word. I'm taking that as a sign that the negative reviews I had decided to overlook were accurate and maybe I dodged a bullet given this pattern of unprofessional and outright rude treatment of candidates. It's so disappointing, because they seemed excellent. Their questions were interesting and insightful, I thought I got along well with everyone, why they decided to pass, let alone do so in such an insulting manner, is a mystery.
