Very relaxed, there were 2 people, the interview did not last very long. very friendly hiring manager. asked about experience and availability. they asked why you were interested in working there and what you hope to gain from the position

Terrible. Unqualified people interviewing for positions they have little knowledge of. I specialize in a certain trade and can tell that they do not know much of the field they are trying to fulfill. I did a phone and 2 interviews and noticed this right away. I come from a huge company with more but similar processes and I honestly felt over qualified. Spent most of time explaining how i do things because I could tell they didn't know. Spent 3 weeks with the process and received no closure, even after 2 emails asking if the position was filled.
