Earthbar interview questions

Thought I'd give it a shot because it was local and within a nice gym so lots of tips potential. The phone interview was easy and nice enough. They of course barely pay over minimum wage which is sad and not competitive as many other coffee shops are 1-3 bucks over min now in California. Moved me on to talk with the store manager just to tell me they already filled it the next day. So either they don't communicate well or the manager decided to not go with me because of my lack of dedication which I was a bit too honest about. I mentioned I'm searching for a ideal role and not sure how long I can dedicate myself but also have a lot of barista experience. Either way I don't really think they have their business model together well. They preach about their mission and values but do not help their employees achieve them by paying fair wages.

I had 2 interviews. It was a positive experience overall which was why I took the job. The wife of the owner is a nice lady. But it ended up that nobody else was nice besides her. I actually didn’t have any feelings good or bad about Noah but based off the managers he hired, I have my doubts.
