The interview process with this company was slower than expected and at times felt a bit unclear. Communication between steps took longer than usual, and I found myself uncertain about the next stage or timeline. The role itself wasn’t well-defined during the conversations — I had a hard time understanding the exact responsibilities and expectations, even after multiple interviews. While the people I spoke with were professional and courteous, the process overall felt somewhat mysterious and left me unsure about how the position fit within the organization. Clearer communication about the role, as well as a more structured and timely process, would make the candidate experience much stronger.
