I applied through LinkedIn for the role. After the initial conversation where I shared my current visa status and expected salary, they assigned me a one-hour home task to assess my technical approach and problem-solving style.
I applied for a role and was invited to select a date and time for a technical test. I arranged time off work in order to complete this, but unfortunately, I never received any further communication. Despite following up multiple times to seek clarification, I received no response.
It’s disappointing to be asked to reserve time for a scheduled process, only to be met with silence. Even an automated rejection email would have been appreciated. The lack of communication came across as unprofessional and left a poor impression of the process.
