Edison Electric Institute interview questions

Screening interview with HR first. Simple questions about my qualifications etc. Then interview with team-specific Hiring Manager. Asked about my experience, why I was interested in interning with the company, if I would be interested in staying with company after graduate school completion.

The interview process was quite long. It was a position they were still in the processes of formulating, however it took 5 months to get through the whole process. There was an initial interview which took 3 1/2 hours - I met with almost the whole team I would be working with which I thought was good. There was a second interview between my to-be direct supervisor and I and another team member. Then after all that there was a third, informal lunch interview.
