I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EducationCounsel in Apr 2023
Interview
I submitted an online application and got an email 3 weeks later inviting me to do a phone screen. The phone screen was pretty straightforward and mainly consisted of questions about my background and why I thought EducationCounsel would be a good fit. I was invited to do an assessment the same day. The assessment was a 2-3 page policy memo. I dropped out of the interview process at this point because I accepted a different job, but the next phase would have been a panel interview.
