Edunext Technologies Senior Java Developer interview questions

Interviewer asked me about my previous company project I explained him he asked some questions on that. I was giving answer for still he is sharing his knowledge on that whatever we did In our project not matter for him. Then he give me one program. Find out the occurrence of every character in string I did this using hashmap. He knows that I was not comfortable in notpad still he did not allowed me to use IDE. Then he asked why it is not counting space from the string I answered that because I used isLetter() method. Then he tell me but it is also charector I told him that may be it is not charector it is special charector still he refused then I told him may be we can not store space in hashmap. I know we can store space as well as key in hashmap but he was refusing on every answer so I tell like this. Then he is "hahahahavery good you are saying we can not store space as key in hashmap" I tell him I already tell you that I am using isLetter() method but you are not satisfied so tell like this. Then he asked me to modified the code and ask me to give count and it's charector for example:- Vivek he want me to do like this 1-> I,e,k 2->v I was trying he was not considering my approach he is so arrogant continues he is saying I want this just show me output like this and I was trying then all of sudden he said I am done.
