I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eide Bailly (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2015
Interview
when i was in the interview they wanted to see if i would fit in to their culture. It was more a get to know you type of questions a few scenarios on what would you do? They know that you are a student and that you might not have a lot of experience so they go along with what you know and build from there. They are looking for people who would excel if they were left alone to do a job and for someone that could find an answer without having to be micro managed in order to make sure they get it done.

Interview
I interviewed initially with a recruiter over the phone who was incredibly kind and assisted me throughout the interviewing process. My second interview was with two managers, both were very open and shared their journey in accounting. Everyone was very open and welcoming and made the interviewing process more like a big conversation.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eide Bailly (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2023
Interview
They mainly communicate through email, which is nice. I first waited in a conference room with two seniors, then had an interview with two managers, and lastly had a separate interview with their supervisor. They were all really nice and the questions were mainly trying to get to know you as a person, what your education is like, and what your future plans are.
