On site and discuss with groups; first presentation, then one by one discussions, get into general questions first, then more specific; some ask SW related, some ask image processing related, some ask trick question. Then talk to hiring manager for lunch, finally HR person going through company policy etc.
Apply, hear back, fly out, interview with several people, hear back, wait, negotiate, wait, accept, fly out, start. It was pretty straightforward. I worked at a satellite location. These did not seem as important as the headquarters. We seemed to get less funding and perks. I never saw the headquarters when I was interviewing. It was very nice, modern, fancy, and as it turned out, apparently expensive.
