Interview

HR manager was quick to put me at ease and get the interview going in an informal and friendly manner. Questions asked where direct, to the point and relevant at all times. The rest of the interview board where highly technical and competent.

The only vague question was the cliche question asking about my strengths and weaknesses which could have easily been omitted from the interview as a prepared candidate would already have a canned answer for this.

A quick process. Get a sense things are in turmoil hence I rejected. A quick Google search provided confirmation. I wanted to know more about company direction and culture and meet directors for my assessment of working here.

Telephone and then meet in person. I didn't read Glass door before accepting offer. Difficult to find parking and company is hidden away. No reception on front desk so was kept waiting out side.
