Elementus Frontend Developer interview questions

Staffing recruiter LinkedIn messaged about the role with a job description which basically only wanted smart people. No tech stack specified so obviously they're going to take whatever smart talent. So usual easy 30m phone chat with recruiter checking heavily for fast-gunning, startup-style personality (think frat boy confidence with equally thin substance). Then a 60m video chat with the HR head about culture and non-technical bits. Then a 90m HackerRank test, details below. Recruiter noted prior candidates complained about q#2. I assume I didn't pass as only passed 3/5 tests.
