Elenberg Fraser interview questions

Straightforward and they know what they are looking for in a candidate. They seem to check backgrounds and resume which means if you are shortlisted there’s a great chance of being accepted for the role.

It was on site. Had an interview with a senior architect, and practice manager. Dress code was semi formal. It felt more like a conversation rather than an interview which was great. Answered most standard questions and asked some too.
