Interview
The first process is an online application
if you are successful then they will invite you to a phone interview
if you are successful they will invite you to the in person interviews
in the i’m person interviews there will be a group section and if you’re successful they will invite you to a 1-1 session
Received a phone call which took about 10 - 15 minutes and asked 3 simple questions - including asking about prior experiences, why interested in the role etc. Not difficult
A phone call, then a group interview. Group Interview has two components, a speech in front of a group then there is an individual aspect where you have to read a "story". You get given around a week to prep for the interview (known questions). Interview is all about your ability to engage an audience and draw attention.

I applied online. Got a call back a few weeks later asking about my high school marks and why I want to work for Elevate. After the call, I had a face to face interview then I got an email inviting me to training.
