The interview process has 2 technical rounds. They majorly focus on the technologies you have used in your projects. However, while giving the offer if you have succeeded the 2 rounds they won't consider your expected salary. On the start of the process they will ask you, however, in the end there will not be a match between your expectations & their offer. Also, their negotiation would be like you are buying vegetables. Even if they will provide you your expectation, they will show as if they are doing a favor not because you deserve it. Once you receive the offer and if by chance you resign from your current company, they will follow up with you to start the KT itself from the first day. They won't even wait for you to leave your company. The Management will boast as if the company is far better than Microsoft, Amazon or Apple. It's better not to waste your time.

Telephonic and F2F. Be careful , u don't get the travel expenses, if u are coming from out station, but they do false promises. Once interview is done, HR will not respond to your mails, regarding payment.
