Got through two rounds, final round with the MD was the worst interview I've been through. He was rude, didn't allow me to finish talking, only picked up keywords and judged, disrespectful of my experience and previous companies. If the last round person is going to decide it all then they could have a look at the resumes before the first round. I've always heard good things but my experience was bad, trying to start a career but being put down so badly literally had me in tears. The MD should know that there are people out there looking to start careers despite our experiences, we all make mistakes, but asking me if I'm going to be 55 and still search for jobs start from scratch is a big no, im only half those years I can start all over. Asking me if I have a swiss bank acc that I quit my job and searching, i have a baby so a few days at home would be good, in turn tells me so you don't get a job you would stay 2 years with you kid. I've never given reviews but this manager shattered me, belittled me during the whole interview, it took me a whole to come out of it. Was asked to give a review here, hope it doesn't happen to some one deserving.
