They first contacted me on LinkedIn, then I had a call with someone from their talent team, after which I had an email telling me I was rejected. A couple of weeks later I received another email telling me the rejection was a mistake and a Zoom call was arranged with a Lead Designer. It was a fairly ordinary discussion and she said they'd get back to me by the end of the week - never heard from them again!
