Went for two rounds of interview but after the second interview, I can see why so many negative review about the top management. Typical old fashion leaders who is there for many years, very hierarchical and think they are too smart for anyone else. The final straw was that she find there is nothing wrong about hire and fire culture, tells me about about their mentality. Asked Tons of irrelevant question just to show off she know many big shot in other company, wasted 1.5 hours listening to her “great advice” and self importance to the company.
Complete waste of time and If you expect people to respect your role, please show some basic respect to candidate first.
