I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Elvidence (Sydney) in Aug 2016
Interview
There was only a single 1:1 interview with the director. It was informal, but I could tell I was speaking to an investigator. The questions structured that way, you want to answer them honestly and in detail. Overall, it went for about an hour.

Question 1
Most questions were situational like "What would you do if a customer disputes the invoice?" or "How would you go about keeping the relationship with this customer?".
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Elvidence (Sydney) in Jun 2014
Interview
The job interview was 10% conversation and 90% practical questions and hands-on. My technical skills were seriously tested by people with much greater knowledge of IT than my own. I kept to the facts and to things I know well. I believe that honestly acknowledging and admitting several gaps in my knowledge helped me getting the job.
