There are 3 steps to the interview process - the written application, the individual interview, and the group interview. In the individual interview, you are expected to start off with a 5 minute creative presentation about yourself and why you are fit for the role. The group interview consists of a bunch of group activities, and you are judged on how you act in those situations.
