Muito agradável, todos simpáticos. Durante todo o processo mantiveram contato comigo e pude acompanhar o processo, tirar dúvidas e mostrar as habilidades que eles pedem. Achei um processo muito bom ao todo.

Online application sending the resume and short motivation. Then asked to submit answers to some follow-up questions. After that had a Skype interview, and finally in person interview at the office with the local team + was shown around the office. Standard interview with a very few behavioural questions. The selection process - and especially the last interview - were very ambiguous and unprofessional. Lack of the hiring timeline and specific deadline date. My interview got rescheduled and no one notified me about that, I asked for a feedback and never received one. One member of the panel informed me that there were problems with communication within the company - not the best opening statement for a possible new employee.
