Interview
The interview process involved a meeting with HR, which was very relaxed and friendly. I also had an interview with the line manager, who had reviewed my portfolio in detail and asked questions about specific aspects, showing that they had thoroughly examined the content of my portfolio. Additionally, I had an interview with a co-founder, who posed some very creative questions that I really enjoyed, such as: "What AI product would you create if you had the chance?" and "How would you design a tourism project for your hometown?"

"What AI product would you create if you had the chance?" and "How would you design a tourism project for your hometown?"
A little unprofessional at times, and they cancelled and rescheduled on me twice which was very inconvenient. Also in the initial interview they mentioned that it was great to finally get another woman on the team (red flag).
The technical interviewer was very rude and cold.
I had a take-home test which wasn't hard and didn't involve much programming, but mostly ML theory knowledge and implementation. The final interview was the hardest technically.
