Empire Abrasive interview questions

This interview was set up through a 3rd party, who was a bit abrasive, and the entire process felt cold. I wanted to give the opportunity a chance since it would have been a pay raise for me, but it felt like they wanted to hire just to fill needed space, not quality personel.
