I have just been through the interview process with Employment Hero and it was REALLY GOOD AND ENJOYABLE! I wanted to leave a positive review for Employment Hero because I have done 5 other interview processes but Employment Hero's was BY FAR the most organised, smooth, friendly and actually fun! The first round interview was with a lovely lady named Diane from the Talent Acquisition Team. This was an interview over teams (video call) and she was able to answer all of my questions and provided a really thorough overview of the HR Advisor role. Diane was great with keeping me up to date during every step of the recruitment process and told me the next steps and timeframes during our first round interview. The second round interview (also over teams) was with two HR Advisors who would have been my colleagues and this is my favourite part of their process! I have never experienced this with any other businesses but it was really nice to meet two of my potential future colleagues. I think this shows the amazing culture and collaborative vibe that Employment Hero has as it seems they were checking if i would be a good team fit by meeting my colleagues. The third round interview (also over teams) was with my direct manager (HR Advisor Lead) and her manager. This interview was still really natural and friendly, very conversational with a few technical questions here and there. From experiencing their interview process, I think Employment Hero would be a fabulous company to work for as they were so friendly, genuine and inclusive. Incredible communication throughout the whole process. I was offered the HR Advisor role but unfortunately had to decline the offer as my family situation changed and another opportunity came up. But I will be keeping an eye on Employment Hero as my future employer one day as they were all so lovely and even do an annual trip for the whole team - Dubai 2025, so sad ill miss this!
