Interview
I had an interview and was told I’d receive an update by that Friday. Weeks have passed with no follow-up. I reached out to the recruiter for clarification, but never received a response.
This lack of communication is both disappointing and unprofessional — especially after investing time and effort into the interview process. A simple update, even if negative, would have shown basic respect for candidates’ time.
Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on the company’s culture and internal coordination. If this is how they treat potential hires, it raises concerns about how they treat employees.
Two Tasks before you ever get to speak to anyone is excessive.
Company comes across as aggressive and mildly threatening in the resources they send out "you must forget everything you have learnt" - calm down it's HR software not Mission Impossible
