I applied online. I interviewed at Empower (Madison, WI) in Mar 2021
Interview
Did 5 interviews including 1 short presentation. The 5 interviews took about 3 weeks in total and then they told me they would need another 2 weeks to make a hiring decision. After 4 weeks and multiple emails sent by me, they informed me they were considering a 6th interview before then telling me they were going to move forward with other candidates. Thought the process could have been made much simpler and shorter by having multiple people in on one interview call together instead of doing all individual interviews.

Interview questions [2]
Question 1
"At Empower, our core values drive everything we do. They are We do the right thing, We own it, We lead, We simplify, and We collaborate. While they’re all important, one of these may resonate with you more than another. We’d like to hear from you, in a presentation format (no more than 5 minutes), which of these you are most passionate about (please try to pick just one!). "
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Empower (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview process was swift. Start to offer took a little over two weeks. Four interviews, including screening, hiring manager, manager's peer and director and two interviews in one day. All were phone interviews. The Talent Advisor responded promptly, answering every question, even after hours.
Interview style was rapid fire questions in the first 15- 30 minutes.
