The interview process was pretty standard. There were 6 interviews. One with a hiring manager and one with a teammate. The other 4 were with upper level management my team would work with on a regular basis. I was offered the job and accepted the offer. The company had me do a drug test which I gladly did and it came back as negative-dilute which the third party conductor of the test deemed negative. HR asked me to repeat the test, providing no instructions but said drink less water. I did and the test came back as negative-dilute again. At this point HR decided I needed to take a hair follicle test which I stated I would not pass due to the time frame which the hair test tests for. It tests your hair within the last 90 days. They had the legal team review my case when the test was positive and stated I was no longer allowed to be employed even though I had a doctor's note suggesting the use of THC/CBD to deal with an autoimmune disease. I say this just to warn others of how there is absolutely zero tolerance and no real policy outlining the actions that were taken. Very unfortunate but I would not suggest anyone work here.
