Empower Wealth Advisory interview questions

Applied and didn't hear from them. Never had feedback despite seeking it. Feel like the process is not transparent and just a process like a cog in the wheel. I interviewed with their CEO 5 years ago too before and didn't get the job. Never got a call for feedback, just a plain old rejection email - it shows a lack of transparency and respect for interviewees even those who got to the final stage
