Emulex interview questions

The interview took only one day, the technical round covered right from Basics to the complex features of the programming language we use and a lot of puzzles I was asked to name some books I read 5 years ago, and later I was asked about the plot/characters in the books. Most of the questions are on algorithms and data structures and knowledge on RTOS tasks and queues as I applied for post of an embedded engineer. HR interview is normal to check the company background and personal/work background. As i was at the end of notice period at earlier company I was ready to join provided I like the project that I will be joining in and the compensation. The team manager that is going to take me also talked with me for an hour and checked if my previous skillset and the feed back from technical interview will match his expectations.

The technical interview is for around 30 minutes because the profile matches exactly with my previous experience. After technical questions, we discussed about my previous experience and projects I worked and reasons for relocation.
