The interview process included a resume screening, phone interview, in-person interviews focusing on problem-solving and customer service skills, and often a role-specific task or presentation. I was asked for specific situational examples.

How did you respond to a hypothetical client outage?
There was a phone interview that went for a couple minutes then a 30 minutes video call interview. After the interview , there was no email or phone call on result/outcome of interview. Pretty poor form from their recruiting consulting Bec Sparkes.
