I thought it was easy, they start with a hokey video interview and then invite you in. They hire new grads, many of their hires last year however were not the best people

Very professional and direct response. Gave me great information on their services and expectations. Very nice staff and good communication from my point of view. I would’ve said yes if it wasn’t 12 hour shifts
Very friendly supervisor and casual interview. HR contacted me initially to do a prescreening and then I was able to go in for an interview person interview. The management is all very supportive and was introducing themselves to me
No clinical questions, case studies, or prioritization type questions asked, but be prepared to answer several behavioral questions related to patient care and how you handle conflict or difficult situations.
