The interview has 3 parts. HR, Technical and Management. I interviewed for a Full Stack position so I had in the technical part 2 separate interviews, one frontend and one backend. The interview starts with a self-assessment of backend skills, then you get asked some basic questions (mine were Java related) and near the end you get a practical exercise and they ask to see you code in an IDE. The frontend goes through HTML and CSS at start and then goes into JS ranging from vanilla to libraries and closures. Overall the experience is nice and it seems to be a great company. The downside is that they have internal salary scales and all that matters for getting ranked is how well you know what they need. They also said you can advance in grade if you do some extra effort. The offer was way below the market level. About 30-40% lower, to be more precise.
