Interview
Self introduce first. Then the manager asked some questions about my research background. Didn't dive into too much about the research. Then we talked about my social work experience in school and discussed about what I can help for this organization. The manager and his assistant are nice. No difficult questions. They gave me the offer immediately after the interview, but this is an unpaid internship.
