I applied online and within a few days a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen with me. She spoke a lot about the company and the position. Asked a lot of situational questions. She then told me that I would be moving on and receiving an assessment to complete. I never got anything and they never reached out again. Recruiter professionalism has gone down the drain lately.
