Engineering and Land Planning Associates interview questions

First I had a contact I met at the career fair reached out to him and sent in an application through their website. Then I was reached out to by the hr department and we talked availability times and I interviewed with two employees of the company which lasted about an hour.

I first engaged with the firm's HR executive at a college career fair (virtual fair in response to COVID). I had a great interaction and felt like I was really given the time and space to describe the relevance of my background. About one-two weeks later, I received a follow up email to schedule an interview. I believe it was another week or two after the interview when I received an offer of employment. Throughout the entire process, E&LP's HR department was incredibly supportive and transparent.
