      Sales Manager Interview

      May 2, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Salt Lake City, UT
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at England Logistics (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2017

      Interview

The process I feel was good, it was after the fact that I felt let down. I was given the tour of the facility, which was impressive, and all the different departments with sales teams working on their accounts. Then I was allowed to sit and listen to a sales manager on the phone for about 15 minutes, to see how he worked the computer system to document and record his calls. I was then taken to a large room (probably for meetings that accommodate at least 30) where 2 men were waiting to interview me. They were interested in making comparisons to my previous experience and situations with the kind of work I would be doing at England. It all went well and I was told that I would be made aware of their decision regardless of which way they decided to go by the following Monday at the latest. I sent thank you emails to the men who had helped with the interviewing process later that day, and waited for a response. It never came.....

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How do you feel about sitting in a cubicle at a desk making phone calls every day? Don't you think that would get hard to do day in day out?
