Talked on the phone for 15 minutes with someone that asked me some basic questions. She then linked me with a recruiter and helped me set up a time for a Spype interview. Overall the interview lasted around 30-45 minutes (maybe a little less). The recruiter asked me questions in order to get to know me better and how good of a fit I would be for the job.

I was interviewed for english teacher position. The interview process is Complicated and long waiting, it has 2/3 steps as I remember including the practical class. then they disappeared to give a reply.
It was a quick and easy process i was asked the usual questions, why? Experience? Behaviour management? And then told to create a mock activity lesson (i was given a prompt on what to do). It was super easy!

You get told to watch a video on class being taught and you have to explain whats going on?
The recruiter was polite, but standoff-ish. She a little rude when asked questions and the interview was rushed, as she said she overbooked herself, so therefore, she didn't want for me to waste her time with questions. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
