Ennis-Flint interview questions

The agency they work with in Texas was awesome. The people there were very nice and friendly. As for the actual interview it was not what I expected. I am a woman and I think that is what hindered me getting this position. This company from what I seen doesn’t like women in any type of position except secretarial. They talk down to you which I did not like or will tolerate. They are so unorganized it would take a lot of work to even get on track to be sufficient in their labs.

Contacted by a recruiter, interview on site at Ennis-Flint followed within a week. Interview conducted by 3 staff and lasted almost two hours. Ample opportunity for both sides to ask questions and see if this is a match. I expressed interest to talk again as much of my background is a match for the position requirements. I was told they would follow up in one week. After one week, I heard nothing. The recruiter called after 3 weeks and aid I would not be moving forward. I replied I had no interest after the first week as the company did not get back to me as promised. A truly professional organization keeps their word, even if they had called a week later to say I was no longer a candidate would have been fine. This is definitely a sign of how they treat people, and I have no time for this unprofessional type.
