(I'd like to keep a skeptical attitude on their assignment, it looks like one of their feature and doesn't really focus on testing candidate's coding skills)
The HR sent me an email anonymously and booked 3 hours interview which I have double confirmed with HR. However, when it comes to the interview it is actually only one hour. Which really made me feel the company is unorganized. I wish they can take candidates' time into account.
Recruiter was friendly and helpful. CTO unexpectedly attended the interview and was the only person who had time to speak, dominating from beginning to end with a barrage of pointless technical questions. I came away feeling that the only purpose was to make the guy feel better about his technical superiority... I should add that i was interviewing for a relatively junior role
