Very nice people both the hr and the technical hiring manager. The hiring manager was easy-going and calm. The first interview with the he was 15 minutes and the second, the technical one, was half an hour.
30-min phone screen with hr first, then one technical with hm (in c++), another technical with a group of engineers (more on the project you worked on), 30-min chat with the vp.
I applied for the position through Linkedin. Got a phone interview opportunity after about a week. I interviewed with the director of engineering at Enphase Energy. But he is not in the location I want to apply for.
