They no call no showed, I waited for 20 minutes. I have a bachelors from a top university and 10 years of experience, how unprofessional and rude. It hard to justify being understaffed with situations like this
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enriched Living in Mar 2024
Interview
There was a phone screen for about 1 hour and then an in person meeting. There didn't seem to be structure or set questions. Hard to identify what they were looking for in answers.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enriched Living (New Brighton, MN) in Jul 2023
Interview
Received phone screening and follow-up interview in-person at the New Brighton office. For my initial phone screening, I did not receive a phone call at the scheduled time. I had to reach out to ask the company why they did not call. We set up a time 5 days later. For the in-person interview, I showed up early and followed the instructions of ringing the doorbell. No one responded until 15 minutes after the interview was scheduled to start. They then were not in a hurry to begin. My interview started 17 minutes after that, a total of 32 minutes after the scheduled start time. There was no acknowledgement of the lateness. On top of that, I did not meet with the people that they said were going to meet with me. Overall, the interview felt incredibly informal and unprofessional.
