I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ento (Sydney) in May 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me. 1) Phone screen 2) Culture Interview 3) Technical interview Was awaiting my offer then had it rescinded due to "lack of head count." Was contacted a week later with the role being offered again. Very disorganised and disrespectful treatment of the candidate. I declined the offer and wished them well but they ghosted me.
Extremely long interview process. First stage is with talent acquisition. It felt like the talent acquisition consultant didn’t really have an idea about the role or requirements to begin with. Very slow and dragged out process
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ento (Sydney) in Mar 2022
Interview
Easy questions about my understanding of the company and working experience. I did my research and prepared for the interview. I ended up asking the interviewer more questions than she asked me. She was quite open and shared information.
They didn't offer me the role which was fine, but when i asked for the reason, they said it was because I didn't have previous people-management experience and software-sales experience. It really annoyed me because their recruiter approached me based on my LinkedIn profile, which clearly states my experiences, roles and responsibilities. They basically wasted my time preparing for and attending the interview.
