Entrust Web Development interview questions

I went through two skype interviews although I was invited for an on site interview for my second one. Both of the interviews were non-technical, mostly asking questions about resume projects. The recruiters were looking more for passion than anything else. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was made a soft offer but it got retracted the next week because they found a more suitable candidate.
