I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Envestnet (Thiruvananthapuram) in Aug 2020
Interview
I was interviewed for position in Trivandrum. Technical and Managerial interview was good. HR round was very childish for about and hour HR was asking questions like strength/weakness , events coordinated in college etc. I attended many MNC's HR interview and for 4 year experienced candidates I have never seen these kind of questions asked. Looks like the company follows very old process for HR interview.

HR - Prepare questions HR sometimes asks to freshers.
Three rounds with an HR round. Campus placement. Aptitude test and a test based on a lecture. Technical round was not stressing at all. No group discussion was conducted. And the results were announced on the same day.

My take on the importance of secondary education exam results
Had an initial HR interview then a technical interview.
The interview process was pretty common and things proceeded as expected. HR interview was cordial and pleasant to speak with and then the technical interview happen soon after. The technical interview was less friendly and even though it was a video interview, they did not appear on camera which kind of throws you off a bit. Questions were fine but only one interviewer asked the question the whole time and it didn't seem they were really interested so half way through I had a feeling we're just chatting 1 on 1 to get this over with. Didn't hear back from HR so expected things will not proceed from that point.
Only one technical round. Virtual on-site
Interviewer was very unprofessional.
He was constantly doubting on me that i was trying to read something from other screen.
Extremely bad interview experience..
