Interview
The interview process consists of three rounds, each designed to evaluate different aspects of the candidate's skills and suitability for the role:
1. First Round: Technical Interview (Face-to-Face)

3. Third Round: HR Interview
- The third round is a Human Resources (HR) interview. This round typically focuses on evaluating the candidate's cultural fit within the company, their communication skills, and their alignment with the company's values and goals. The HR interviewer may discuss the candidate's motivations, career aspirations, and how they handle interpersonal situations. Additionally, they may address any logistical details, such as salary expectations, availability, and the next steps in the hiring process.
