      Graduate Trainee Interview

      Apr 16, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Solihull, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enzen (Solihull, England) in Nov 2013

      Interview

The interview for this position took place in Solihull as a one day event (although more like a 3 hour event) There were three stages to the interview process. 1) Group discussion on current news topic. Our topic was "Is censoring in media good? Discuss." A group of about 10 people then discussed this around a table 2) Multiple choice paper. Numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning 3) Interview with two members of Enzen staff It wasn't a very stressful experience. The staff were very nice. We were fed extremely well and it didn't feel super competitive like some interviews do.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Enzen

      Interview

Interview, debate, exams, one to one interview. Exams consist of numerical a written excercise and another to highlight problem solving skills. All are conducted on the same day . Got told very last minute that the interview process is held 1 business day later. Very unprofessional and that is realised from the interview stage.

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Enzen (London, England) in Jun 2014

      Interview

assessment day: consisted of a numerical test that involved calculating percentages, analysing charts etc etc. a written test where we had to write an answer to the question "what could you improve living standards for mankind". we also had an assessed group discussion where we had to reach a conclusion as a group about whether or not censorship of social media was right or wrong. after this process successful candidates were interviewed. the interview was quite relaxed they went through my CV and talked about what I did within my degree, and the skills i had acquired as well as sports and extra curricular activity. I asked questions regarding the role and what challenges I would face the whole process seemed encouraging and a positive experience

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Numerical test was a no calculator test, I come from an engineering background and clearly use my calculator too much! it took a good 15 minutes of the test for my mental maths to click back into gear! but I was successfull
