A colleague already working there suggested I apply and made a referral for me. I applied via an online form (my referring friend's name was a field in it, AFAICR) and got contacted within several days with a test. It was mostly simple programming tasks, such as "print a spiral of given dimensions using ASCII art", and one or two general maths & logic riddles. I got the response very quickly (the next day?).
