EquaTalent interview questions

Equatalent had a very unique hiring process. My interview was taken by an AI robot. It was mostly asking questions an recording answers. One thing I wish it ad was better interactivity. I asked "come again" for a question to which she did not respond and moved on to the next question assuming that was my answer.
