The application process began with an initial screening phone call with an HR representative. This was followed by an interview with the team lead about a week later. After a two-week waiting period, I received an email inviting me to a panel interview with relevant stakeholders, during which I was asked to present a mock case. Exactly one week after the panel interview, I was informed via phone call that I was not selected for the position.

Interviewed with about nine different people over the course of three months. The conversations were great and overall positive which is why I decided to accept the offer and opportunity, But it was a very long process.

Interview includes 3 rounds. The first round was with the hiring manager and the second round was with managers from other teams. The first 2 rounds of interviews were mainly to understand the motivation and transferrable skills applicable to the applied role. The last round of interview was to share the case study analysis with the team members. It also offered a better understanding of the role and for the team members to assess the candidate's suitability for the team. The interview process was seamless with one round of interview every week.
